TIG is a trusted captive solution formed by public transit, for public transit—built on the strength of sponsored cell arrangements. Owned by Political Subdivision Public Transits, TIG offers a streamlined alternative to traditional insurance procurement. No procurement process is necessary to join. Entities interested in participating can either apply for membership in an existing sponsored cell or establish their own. To become a member, participants either create their own sponsored cell captive or join an already established cell under TIG.
